“LOUISIANA LEGEND CAMO 01”
The “Louisiana Legend Camo” is a celebration of everything Louisiana.

I slowly curate a mix of vintage and rare graphic t-shirts with Louisiana themes, distress the shirts with a rotary tool and sandpaper, arrange them how I see fit onto canvas fabric, distress camo jersey knit fabric, carefully arrange the camo fabric over the layer of t-shirts, making sure the graphics are visible, finishing with rows of orange stitching.

This textile came from several iterations of distressing different fabrics and layering them with other fabrics.

Camo as a pattern is supposed to conceal and keep you hidden by blending in with your environment. Today’s environment is mostly digital, a collage of images and ideas. This camo reflects that modern environment, by having a colorful collage of ideas and motifs and blending the camo into that.
